Bazaar Brighton

Please do not pay for a stall without prior approval. Stall space is reserved once approval has been given and is confirmed once full payment has been made, but no later than one month before the date of each event booked. If full payment is not made by that date, your stall will be made available to another stall holder on the waiting list.

Stall placement will be determined by the organisers before each event. Please specify any particular requests in advance, such as placing next to another stall holder, near the toilet etc and we will do our best to accommodate. 

The venue does not allow pins in or things stuck to the walls. Displays will need to be on your table, on a stand or could be placed on top of the benches which run along the wall in the church. Stallholders and their goods must not obstruct or cause disruption to customers or neighbouring stalls.

All stallholders agree to unload at the specified time and not less than 45 minutes before the start of the event. Cars will need to be removed and parked before set-up.

Stall holders agree to start packing up after closing and not before, unless agreed with the organisers. All waste must be removed and the stall space left clear at the end of the event. A recycling bin, compost bin and other waste bin will be provided for your use, in the kitchen.

Public Liability Insurance for the venue only is included in the stall fee. Your own public liability insurance is required to cover yourself and your stall contents.  Bazaar cannot be held responsible for any damage you may cause to a visitor - it is your responsibility to cover yourself for all eventualities. Evidence of your insurance policy must be available on the day of the event.

Bazaar Brighton and The Brighton Unitarian Church do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Sufficient advertising will be put in place and we expect over 1000 visitors each event but unfortunately Bazaar Brighton cannot guarantee customers.

Any electrical goods used or sold on the premises must be PAT tested or be less than one year old. Anything not fulfilling the criteria will have to be removed.

If you need to cancel your stall, you can do so within 14 days of purchase and receive your refund, or transfer your booking to another date, if available and offered by the organiser. If you cancel 14 days or more after the date of purchase, your stall fee will not be refunded.

The organiser will not be liable for delay or failure to provide services as a result of any act of circumstances beyond their control, including extreme weather.

Bazaar Brighton has a cruelty-free policy. So farmed or hunted animal products, including vintage furs cannot be sold at BAZAAR Brighton,

The organiser reserves the right to ask stall holders to remove anything from sale if they think it is unsuitable.

By paying for your stall you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
